Hampton Inn & Suites Flagstaff - West – Hotel near airport in Flagstaff

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were conveniently located but right next to a heavy construction area, lacking basic amenities initially but promptly provided upon request. The service was friendly and environmentally conscious, although some room for improvement. The location was great for its proximity to the university area and interstate access, despite some discomforts in the beds and breakfast quality. The dining options were fair, and the facilities met basic needs effectively.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very quiet and clean, which was great, but mine was initially on the highway side and really noisy. Luckily, I got another room for the following nights, which was quiet and comfortable. The service was excellent; the staff were very nice and even accommodated my request for additional towels. The hotel's location worked out well for me, not far from places to eat and with some good dining options nearby. While the room I eventually got was nice, it was a bit dark inside. Overall, a decent stay.
